Digital Products

All digital content, including but not limited to guides, tutorials, courses, and downloadable resources related to spirulina cultivation, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancellation once you begin downloading or streaming the content.

We may consider refunds for digital products in exceptional cases where the content is entirely inaccessible due to technical issues on our end.

Third-Party Products

For physical products purchased through our Amazon marketplace integration:

  • Returns and refunds are governed by each individual seller’s policy on Amazon.
  • The return window, condition requirements, and shipping costs are determined by the respective Amazon sellers.
  • All return requests for these items must be initiated through your Amazon account.
  • We do not process returns for third-party products directly through our platform.

Spirulina Cultures

For live spirulina cultures sold by independent vendors through our platform:

  • If a culture is out of stock after order placement, we will process a full refund within 7 business days
  • If a culture arrives in compromised condition (stale or non-viable), the vendor will ship a replacement culture, charging only for shipping costs
  • Customers must report non-viable cultures within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation
  • Independent vendors maintain their own additional return policies, which will be displayed on their respective product pages
  • We reserve the right to verify claims before processing replacements or refunds
