Description
In spirulina cultivation, Red Iron Oxide (Fe2o3) is the chemical equivalent of natural rust, in purified, homogenous form. Fe2o3 has been found to increase the growth of algae and plants.
If you prefer not to use natural rust in your culture, or if you need an empirically measurable source of iron, this product is for you.
This product is easier to measure when you prepare your algae feed.
- This Iron Oxide comes from a natural source and may have slight variations in color
- Particle size is about 500 mesh (30 microns)
- Used in welding, pigments, ceramics, along with many other uses
